If you didn’t listen to the Hugh Hewitt show Wednesday, December 23rd, you missed one of the best call-ins ever.

Rose Marie, who grew up during the Great Depression (linked to Wikipedia for all the snot-nosed 18-25 year olds who need a refresher), gave an 8 minute arc of her story that just blew me away.  You should listen to the whole thing, especially the part at the end where Hugh asks her what she thinks about Obamacare.

My own maternal grandmother (may she rest in peace) was born in 1915.  I was raised primarily by, of course, my mom, born 1942, and my grandmother.  I grew up with a 1915/1940s upbringing, so Rose Marie’s story certainly resonated with me for that reason.

Rose Marie for President!!!
